Father and Son Small Business
Upland Land Management began in 2016 with Richard Conley, a retired Wildlife Biologist with over 40 years with the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency (TWRA). After his retirement, Richard created the business to help landowners achieve their property related goals. Richard was joined by his son Matt Conley in 2024 and added equipment for brush removal and a new tractor. Upland Land Management can help with food plots, light land clearing, herbicide application, bush hogging, tilling, controlled burning, and planting.
